Macashew Technologies is a multinational company created in 2014 to contribute to developing scientific and technological areas by providing high-quality products for thin film deposition systems such as magnetron sputtering, thermal evaporation, E-beam, and pulsed laser deposition (PLD).
Macashew has a scientific background, it was created by scientists to help other scientists and researchers around the world. It was initially established in Brazil, where it quickly became the leading supplier of thin film products. We are very proud to have built valuable partnerships with professors, researchers, students, and other companies over the years. At Macashew Tecnologias, we always strive for the quality of our products, aiming to satisfy our customers and establish our company in the market. Therefore, we carry out several quality tests which are provided along with the products. From these tests, we can highlight the following characterization technique:

Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES): is a high-precision technique that allows us to quantify the metallic and non-metallic impurities present in the samples. Through this way, we can ensure the purity of our products.
All of our products are manufactured from high-purity raw materials (99.9% (3N) - 99.9999% (6N)) and using the most advanced manufacturing techniques. Among these techniques we can highlight: hot pressing under vacuum, hot or cold isostatic pressing, vacuum casting and crystallization processes. Depending on the type of material, our team evaluates the most appropriate technique to be used. With this infrastructure, we are able to supply a wide variety of materials, whether ceramic, metallic or alloys.
After manufacturing, each product is carefully vacuum-packed and labelled. For transport, we thought of safe packaging (with resistant external walls), properly identified with the company brand and which is suitable for storage after use.
